Location, cloceness to lake and resto. Close parking. Pool table, Fusball table. Smooth check in process. Very kind personnel. Insect nets on all windows. Room 16 on shady side of the house, so relatively cool on hot sunny days.
We were in Room 16. We had mold in the shower. Too small curtains on living room window, impossible to keep the room dark in the morning too small bed sheets provided for sofa bed. TV not working, No WiFi. Kitchen lamp not working. Noise insulation non existent. You can hear everything from corridor and neighbouring rooms. No breakfast options in the vicinity.
