Nice family hotel in the middle of lavender fields

It is good for the price but could easily become VERY GOOD with small adjustments

The simplicity of the room, the welcoming words of the staff, the breakfast.

The second pillow missing a clean white pillow case. The light bulbs as if no one cared about the lumens. Please change the light bulbs to 25-30w for the sconces! The idea is to have an individual light that is less than the ceiling light , not the other way around.!

Very good

Location is close to the historic town of Apt. Also it is in easy driving distance of a number of local attractions such as Colorado provencal, Roussillon and Gordes. We stayed for 2 nights in March and our room (102) on the ground floor was quite and comfortable with a terrace overlooking countryside and the hotel swimming pool. The bathroom had a walk in shower. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed on a bed and breakfast rate. However we used the hotel restaurant for the evening meal on both nights of our stay. The buffet breakfast choice was very good. The evening meal was good but had a limited choice of starters , main course and dessert. We chose a 2 course meal which was about 30 euros each. There is a large free car park.

There were a large number of steps leading to the hotel reception door. This meant having to carry our suitcase as there was no pathway to allow you to wheel it into the hotel. We were OK but some may find the hotel accommadion dated but we thought the provencal style quite charming. There is no lift to the 1st floor rooms Again we were OK as our room was on the ground floor but some may find it difficult managing the stairs.

Terrible, Unplesent, Unprofessional, Poor Standard. Avoid this hotel if you don’t want to encounter your trip unpleasant

The staffs are Rude. Very Rude! When I checked out, when they billed for the stay, I told them booking.com had deducted the money already since 7 days earlier before my checked-in and requested to check with them, they immediately said that “You have to pay now. We will call the Police. Then, the owner immediately asked the staffs to call the police even tho I didn’t say I don’t pay. i just told them to check with Booking.com first as I saw that they have deducted the money from my Bank Account. Anyway, thinking of trying to solve out with booming.com later if they deducted twice, I paid to them as I have a flight to catch. They threatened me and generally they are Very Very Rude and avoid this hotel at all.

Comfortable one night stay

The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. There were lots of breakfast choices which was great. Parking was free and easy.

The rooms are comfortable although there doesn't seem to be any soundproofing.
