About this villa rental
This T3 is located on the second level of a villa, it dominates the whole bay and offers you a spectacular panorama especially at night.
The living room, equipped with a corner sofa and a table exotic wood opens onto the covered terrace which is furnished with a garden furniture and a table with armchairs to be able to eat and relax while enjoying the view and the sweetness of the air. The vanilla-style American kitchen is fully functional and equipped with a fridge-freezer, an electric oven, a ceramic hob, a microwave, a toaster coffee maker and crockery for four people. There is also a vacuum cleaner, a washing machine and an iron and ironing board.
The two comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms are furnished with large beds of 160 with bedside tables and fitted wardrobes, and are distinguished by their acidulous colors in dominant red or orange or blue.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a sink. The toilets are independent.
You also have at your disposal a television and a free wifi internet access.
The linen is provided: sheets, towels, tablecloths and tea towels.
The exit cleaning is 50 €

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé.
L'appartement est fonctionnel avec 2 grandes chambres avec placards.
Salle de bains et WC séparés.
La terrasse est très agréable avec une magnifique vue sur la baie de fort de France. On ne s'en lasse pas.
Le quartier est très calme.
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et à notre écoute.
Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement et nous serons ravis d'y revenir un jour.

Un charmant appartement avec une vue tout a fait incroyable. Belle terrasse ou il fait bon de partager un repas. Nous avions toutes les commodités nécessaires pour une famille. Environnement sécuritaire pour des enfants en bas âge. A proximité de tout et de la plage. Accueil très sympathique, Merci de la famille Québécoise.

Everything was as described. Apartment is spacious, could only do with some more kitchen utensils and oven did not heat very well. View is great, beach, bakery, restaurants, ferry and supermarket are down the hill. Excellent communication with host.
