About this cottage rental
80 m2 cottage. 2 bedrooms and a sleeping loft, a total of 6 good beds, two double beds and one bunk bed. Combined family kitchen and living room. Large beautiful terraces facing south and north. On the south terrace is a grill.
The house is idyllically situated about 100 meters from the beach, very quietly on a small road. On the sandy beach there are always opportunities to swim, play, fish or just look at the sea.
At night it is pleasantly quiet, so that you only hear the sound of the sea and the occasional bat. Often you can even see a deer in the garden.
The Renter makes the final cleaning of the House before leaving. Cleaning may be ordered for the price of EUR € 125.
Sheets, tietowels and towels can be rented for a price of EUR € 20 pr set.
Electricity (and firewood) is used to heat the house and domestic water, so electricity and firewood consumption depends a lot on the number of people and the time of year for renting. The electricity meter is read on arrival and departure, after which payment is settled according to the current specification.
The house can only be used by the number of people agreed.

We all loved the house and the area!
Every time we left and returned to the house a deer was greeting ud in the garden.
The house was nice and clean. I hope to revisit some time.

Schönes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung auf großzügigem Grundstück in Strandnähe.
Als aktive Radler hat uns die zentrale Lage gefallen, von der aus viele Ziele mit dem Rad erreichbar waren.
