The location was good - house was cosy - and rooms were a good size.
There was a problem with the drains which caused a bad smell in the main bedroom. It was a big job to fix so it could not be dealt with until the house was vacant. Margaret was very efficient and pleasant , and dealt with the problem as best she could.
