In a community of 800 people in the Spessart region, a rustic property with a large garden awaits nature-loving people looking for an authentic holiday and a break from stress. In summer, there are two outdoor swimming pools 10-15 minutes away by car. Idyllic hiking trails with unspoilt streams invite you to discover the surrounding area on foot or by bike. The region is known for its gastronomic Spessart specialities of all kinds. In winter, the neighbouring village 3 km away offers a small ski lift as well as a fantastic toboggan run and refreshment stops. Wood-burning cookers in the living room and kitchen provide warmth in the cold season. The other rooms in the house are unheated. It is particularly exciting for children to experience what it means to start the cooker with firewood in the morning to make the house warm, or to stoke the wood-burning stove to prepare a meal. An electric cooker is also available for cooking. The house sleeps 2-4 people with one double room and one twin room. The cosy living room with bullero stove, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (with shower, washing machine and hot water) complete the whole. Towels and bed linen are provided.
