My Studio Hotels Kualanamu Airport Medan

High score because of the staff, Rian and Torik, nice, caring, helpful. Also the beds and facilities are great, in spite of the renovation work. Comfortable, clean, quiet, close to airport with shops and restaurants next door. Also very inexpensive.

Second time here and it was even better than my first stay. Beds are clean and the construction work was less.

Noises and dirt from construction. It's a little bit sad that the lockers are still not working

- Good location as short distance from airport, a few different cafes and restaurants around the complex too, also has a small food mart - Clean, modern dorm room - Toilet and shower were clean enough - We were able to extend our check out time for a small fee - Beds are nice and private with the blind

- Due to the location being so close to the airport, it means people are awake throughout the night making noise but this is not the hostels problem - It is like a building site with doors and wooden planks everywhere - The cupboard under the beds to store bags away did not work, it was completely off the hinges so there was nowhere to lock away any property - There is only 1 toilet cubicle for the whole dorm - Breakfast was literally slices of bread with butter - Aircon in dorm was too strong during the night, we both woke up cold

Good food at short walk "Warung Kopi Air".

Guests were smoking in the bedroom!! This is extremely dangerous for fire 🔥 😱
