Remek helyen van. Jó az ár/érték aránya. Hűtő, klíma (igaz, csak egy darab 3 helyiséghez), erkély, privát parkoló, strand/belváros pár perc séta.
Az 5 darab kulcsot érdemes lenne beszámozni és a kulcstartón feltüntetni, hogy melyik számú melyik típusú ajtót nyitja (külső kapu, épület ajtó, szobakulcs alül, szobakulcs felül, parkoló). 10 perces ráfordítással mentesíteni lehetne a vendégeket ezen - mint olvasom - visszatérő időhúzó probléma alól. A szobákba is jó lenne klímát tenni, még akkor is ha ezzel kicsit drágább lenne az éjszakánkénti szobaár.

Ottima posizione , grande terrazzo, parcheggio interno, stanze ampie.
I serramenti sono da sostituire, i vicini sono stati rumorosi di notte, troppe chiavi da gestire.

Bardzo blisko do plaży i restauracji, zapewniony parking, duży taras, czysto
Bardzo ograniczone godziny zameldowania, 2 wielkie komplety kluczy- nie wiadomo który jest do czego, my trafiliśmy na wybrakowany komplet bez klucza do bramy wjazdowej. Pani w informacji nie wiedziała nawet, czym otwiera się bramę i wykłócała się, że kartą, gdzie nie było na nią nawet czytnika. Miejsce parkingowe bardzo ciasne, pomiędzy drzewem a betonowym filarem i bardzo ciężko dostępne, szczególnie gdy ktoś podróżuje busem. Nie zapewniono środków higienicznych- 1 papier toaletowy dla 6 osób. Brak czajnika.
