Super friendly staff, owner was off site but still offered to help us order our breakfast to be delivered😍. Rooms were clean. Free usage of washing machine and huge area where we could hang our laundry! Common area at the first floor allowed us to enjoy our delivered breakfast the following morning 😉
The place is a little worn. But it's very clean and well maintained!

Affordable price for clean accommodations. A water dispenser was provided in the lobby so we didn’t need to buy water from 7-11. The owner also left delicious instant noodles (which we ate for dinner some nights) and bottled drinks like fin so we were properly hydrated. Some days there was fruit downstairs so we also had a light breakfast before going to the beach.
The first night when we came back, there wasn’t a parking immediately in front of the property. The parking lot next door is poorly pavemented with some parts not containing ramps so our car was slightly scraped. After that, we made sure to come back before 4-5pm and just leave our car in the parking slot in front of the hotel. We just walked to the nearby night market and vendors for dinner rather than venturing into Nanwan or Kenting.
