Location & parking.
Bedroom needs a ceiling fan as it is stuffy. A larger TV with streaming services available would be helpful.

Location with ocean views was great, however it was VERY noise. It was Easter schools holidays and we had a family with young children in the unit above us. On arrival we were trying to have an afternoon rest, however the woman above us was starting her exercise regime jumping up and down on the wooden floor boards. My husband had to go upstairs & remind her that we are trying to have a rest. The kids were noisy too. Not a great welcome.
The fridge was mouldy, the lined was cheap and the mattress extremely uncomfortable. The blinds were not blocking out the light and we didn't sleep very well at all. The toilet was totally blocked when we used it for the first time flooding the bathroom floor - it was disgusting. So we had to report this plumbing problem to the Port Stephens management company. They requested that we take phots (on our holiday!!) and email them. Seriously? We were not impressed at all and won't come back. That's for sure. Not enough parking on the carpark either.
