the location, the quiet, the setting, the views nearby, the sunrise and sunset, easy access to Lorne for essentials.
phone connection and internet were poor, but manageable. I was there for a bike race and needed to coordinate movement with others. if I was there to just chill then phone, internet no issue, all good.

I think there should be small coffee machine to enjoy a normal coffee in the morning
