Location was great, a nice walk into Morzine and close to Bus stop. The parking are was very large, although a little dangerous to pull out of. House living area, balconies and outside space all very nice and spacious. Good storage for bikes (4 maximum though)
The main upstairs bedrooms were small and the beams dangerous in the dark with 3 double bedrooms sharing 1 Toilet! There was no Iron and Ironing board only a Steamer which is useless for most clothes. We had to get an Iron and use a towel on the Kitchen counter with 6 people for 2 weeks 😡. The outdoor Rattan furniture needs the Cushions.

Great location, close enough to the centre of Morzine but also nice and quiet.
Nice and spacious with excellent facilities including the bbq and washing facilities, as well as kitchen . Good parking too.
