Nestling in the spectacular Monts D'Ambazac (Limousin, Haute Vienne) and set on the edge of the beautiful historic village of Grandmont, Grandmont Gites offers two charming, stylish and cosy gites providing the perfect getaway for anyone wishing to explore this part of France.
Grandmont Gites is a chameleon in years gone by. Originally a hostel, later a hotel, bar & brasserie and at one time even, a pumping station!.
Les Fleurs has a modern feel to it yet still retains plenty of character and charm. Overlooking the pretty village of Grandmont, Les Fleurs sleeps 4 guests and is designed across the ground level. Two double bedrooms and a separate shower room plus open plan kitchen diner and a separate lounge with two comfy sofas.

Our facilities include:
- onsite free parking
- shared heated outdoors pool (chlorinated) usually open from July (earlier if weather température permits) - 10 x 5 meters

Nearby is the medieval town of Ambazac with places to eat, shop and sightsee including the town's charming 13th Century church - home to two of the region's most precious relics.
Limoges city is approx 25 mins drive, popular for its arts and crafts, theatres and museums, bars, eateries, boutiques and festivals.
Lac Saint Pardoux is 15 mins drive and provides a beach-in-reach. Packed with all kinds of water sports and year-round activities - it's a great place to keep the family entertained.
The area of Grandmont is surrounded by lakes for fishing and swimming, with endless forest trails and stunning scenery.

Excellent 10 day stay in lovely property. The Gite we stayed in was perfect, clean, tidy all mod cons etc. Pool and outdoor facilities also perfect. Lovely hosts - Louise & James, both very helpful. Would recommend without hesitation.

Our stay at Louise and James‘ gite was a fantastic retreat for the whole family. Everybody got their favorites: the kids enjoyed slashing in the beautiful pool, which had a superb lounge area alongside for the parents to relax and enjoy the bbq.
Thx to Louise‘s tips we discovered the beautiful city of Limoges, lakes for swimming around the corner and went on hiking tours. The area seems rural, but there is so much to do and see.
Overall we have been blessed coming here and having found this beautiful spot with such kind hosts, who were always there to answer questions and make our stay as comfy as possible. We can highly recommend this place.

A lovely rural location very quiet and charming hosts. A car is essential and there is a nearby lake Saint-Pardoux with numerous activities. Late check-in at 6.00pm made the first day challenging. Hosts Louise and James were fantastic and very helpful.
