Set in a peaceful rural area and just a 5-minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Cas Capellans in Can Picafort and Playa de Muro — renowned for their white sand and crystal-clear waters — this property combines privacy, comfort, and a truly privileged location.
The house, modern in style and distributed over two floors, is designed to offer a relaxing and functional stay. On the ground floor, a spacious dining area and a cosy living room with fireplace and large panoramic window create the ideal setting to unwind, with pleasant views over the pool and garden. The fully equipped kitchen includes a practical dining area with direct access to the exterior. This level also features two double bedrooms with twin beds and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
The upper floor hosts a bright master bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a small bathtub, and a private terrace boasting beautiful open views of the sea and countryside.
Outdoors, the property invites you to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate: a 4x8-metre swimming pool, a spacious sun terrace with comfortable loungers, a covered porch with dining table, and a chill-out area that becomes the perfect spot to relax surrounded by nature.
Additional amenities include SAT TV, Wi-Fi connection, music system, dishwasher, washing machine, and more.

The property had everything you could think about, let it be a music box, pool toys or card games. The decoration was a bit odd but gave an interesting atmosphere throughout the building. It was a calm and quiet area, really nice for relaxing and the owners where really nice

Had a great family holiday at this villa. Perfectly located with a fantastic pool and spacious comfortable interior. Check in and communication was excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway on Mallorca.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit und koennen das Haus nur empfehlen. Das Haus is super gelegen, man ist sehr privat und es is trotzdem nur 8 min von Picafort und Strand entfernt. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten wie Lidl, supermacado, etc nur 3 min entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit Chary lief super, check in war easy und reibungslos. To sum it up, rund um, tolles Haus, grosser pool, alles gepflegt und sauber und super service von villas planet. Wir wuerden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
