Inside you will also find a kitchen, dining room and sitting room. To the outside is off road parking for one car and a garden to the rear with furniture. Situated in a pleasant location and close to places of interest, Llidiart Cerrig is a heart warming accommodation in a lovely part of Wales.
Amenities: Central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, 2 x Smart TVs with Freeview, WIFI, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Secure off road parking for 1 car accessed through electric gates. Electric vehicle charging point available, access arranged by the owner. Outside seating area to the rear of property. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Please note: As of 25/02/2023 there is a good housekeeping bond of £100.00 payable directly to the owner.
