Los Balcones de Maritxu

The apartment is in a great location in the historic town. Can be a little noisy as there are people walking through old town all the time but to be honest the only time we noticed it was at night and it wasn't a huge problem. The windows & doors did hold out most of the noise. Just be aware if you are the type of person that needs complete silence & darkness. Also no lift, only a few sets of stairs to get to the apartment, The stairs weren't a problem for us, or the small amount of noise that we may have heard, so we loved our stay as we were close to everything and the host was lovely with great communication

Die Lage des Apartments könnte nicht besser sein. Man ist überall in wenigen Gehminuten. Die Übergabe hat supergut geklappt. Bei Fragen haben wir sehr schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Das Parken kostet 19 Euro pro Tag und ist gut organisiert (6 Minuten zu Fuß von der Parkgarage bis zum Apartment . Die Betten waren sehr bequem und Bettlaken und Handtücher waren sehr sauber. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und sauber.

Das (sehr kleine) Badezimmer war nicht sauber geputzt ( es gab z.B. noch Haare von den Vormietern auf dem Badezimmerboden). Das kleinere der beiden Zimmer hat keine Fenster. Insgesamt sind die Wohnung und die Möbel sehr abgewohnt. Einige Lampen und Türgriffe waren reparaturbedürftig. Auch der Hausgang sieht sehr abgenutzt aus.

Más o menos bien. Está bien ubicado.

No estaba muy limpio, la cama estaba hecha al revés, la sabana estaba encima del edredón. No muy higiénico. Se oía mucho el ruido de la calle. No estaba muy limpio, había pelos en el baño y cacahuetes al deshacer el sofá cama.
