ZAGA Apartments

Appartamento ampio su due piani con aria condizionata. Pulito. Nuovo con pannelli fotovoltaici. Vetrata panoramica con vetri schermati dai raggi solari. Ampi balconi. Frigo/freezer ottimo. Cambio lenzuola/asciugamani e pulizie ottimale fatto in orari adeguati. Zona tranquilla. Alla spiaggia Taverna per colazione, spiaggia libera ed attrezzata. Al paese 10 min a piedi; a piccoli Market 2 min a piedi.

Excellent location within walking distance to restaurants and beach. Wonderful hosts. Katerina made us feel so welcome.

Although at first we were a little uncertain about the location, we soon came to realise that it was very convenient for the main beach -Zaga - while not so good for the town and its restaurants which involved quite a steep climb over the headland there and back; however overall we decided this location was the better of the two. Property very clean and host really welcoming/friendly. Lovely view from the terrace and very quiet/peaceful neighbourhood. Lots of space inside and no issues parking.

Just a couple of small things: we have stayed in slightly better equipped apartments eg certainly a kettle and ideally a toaster would have been welcome - and the a/c being preset didn’t really cool the apartment sufficiently for us.

Location is great and the apt. is clean.

At 110 EUR/ night, the apt. lacks basic facilities, such as: mosquito nets (even in the bathrooms), a closet or even some basic shelves to put your clothes at the ground floor (there's a closet only upstairs), no shelves or even a support for soap/ shampoo in the bathrooms. The water in the shower didn't drain, and was just stagnated on the floor (we had to wipe it after every shower). At the ground-floor/ living area - no electric sockets at all. There is only one air conditioning device for both floors and is preset at 24 degrees Celsius; we couldn't change the temperature during our stay. When we expressed our disappointment on how the apt. is equipped, the host asked us to leave and find another apt.! We said that we can't find something on the spot, but she kept asking when we leave. It was quite unpleasant. It's a pity because the apt. is really in a great area and is clean; with minimal investment it can be made so comfortable.
