About this villa rental
Beautiful villa of new construction, located between Castellammare del Golfo and Scopello, in the charming and quiet hillock Castellaccio, Villa Leukè will conquer you with its Mediterranean style, the brightness of the rooms and the view on the beautiful stretch of coast between the Faraglioni of Scopello and the Zingaro nature reserve.
At 10 minutes from the quaint village of Scopello and from the entrance of the Zingaro Oriented Reserve, 5 from the bay of Guidaloca and from the town of Castellammare del Golfo, Leukè villa is the ideal place for families or a group of friends who want to spend a holiday in the name of tranquility, comfort and beauty.
The villa, furnished in a modern style, develops all on the ground floor and consists of a living area, with fully equipped kitchen, which leads through a large sliding glass door to the outdoor terrace, three bedrooms, double or twin, and two bathrooms. One of the three bedrooms has a private entrance and a private bathroom. In the living area there is a double sofa bed and a wall-mounted TV. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and wi-fi.
Outside it is characterized by a large terrace, partly covered by a wooden roof, with sea view and a beautiful swimming pool (10x5m), solarium area and shower. On the back, overlooking the hill, there is a second covered veranda with a wooden canopy which can be accessed from the kitchen area. Both verandas are furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The surrounding land, about 2.000 mt., Is fenced. Private parking inside.

We had the most wonderful week at Villa Leukè! The villa is beautiful and clean, with everything you need, the pool is perfect and the scenery is absolutely stunning. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, and kindly gave us excellent recommendations and help with reservations. We loved Sicily and the location was great for beaches and nearby towns. You definitely need a car. I missed in the description that the 3rd bedroom is detached and only a couple of strides from the main villa building - fine for our family with 7 and 10 year old kids, but I can imagine it could be tricky if staying with younger children. We would love to stay again and also would like to thank the hosts for making our stay so relaxing and enjoyable!

Beautiful property with views, privacy, clean, well stocked, spacious. Our host was kind and very responsive and understanding of our travel delays. They drove out to find us and guide us in when got lost. The yard was filled with herbs and the pool was so refreshing. The drive to downtown Castellemarre del Golfo was brief and easily managed. We WILL return!!!

Villa Leuke is as beautiful as in the pictures. It’s impecable, clean, with all the necessary amenities. Amazing view of the mountains and the sea.Our hosts were very welcoming and hospitable, they had refreshments and goodies for us when we arrived. They gave us information on a panificeria 200 feet away from the villa which was very good.Great location, with an easy drive to Scopello, city center of Castellammare (wonderful town and port) Carini and Palermo.We had a fantastic vacation. We highly recommend Villa Leuke and would definitely stay here again.Antonio and Christine (Canada)
