Stayed for one night only, before our ferry trip to Albania. Would recommend a stay here for a longer vacation

Great stay

We had a great 1 night stay, I wish to have more days to stay at Spiti Ana Maria: all rooms are very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped, the beds are very comfortable. We did not use, but there was a washing machine in the bathroom. Location is great - close to the airport, 15 mins walk to the Old city, a lot of options for food shopping, very close coffee shop and restaurants

The hose of AC unit on the porch was dripping, so we had to put a towel under it to keep the floor tiles dry.

We very much liked our stay at this apartment!

Spacious apartment. Large balcony and terrace. Complimentary water in the kitchen awaited us. Bus nr 7 stops just across the busy street leading to the city center. Big supermarket five minutes away and a nice wine bar / shop across the street.

Pitch dark outside when we arrived and the stairway was steep. Wet balcony since the air conditioner condensation water leaked out from a broken hose. They said they fixed the fan but it still didn't work. Good to know: Apartment is located right under the busy flight corridor. Quiet inside.

Nice and clean apartment. We only spent one night there, but the host was very helpful with booking a taxi for us from the airport and generally making our stay comfortable. I would recommend.

Anna Maria is super nice, and very helpful. She booked a taxi for us at our arrival, and regularly checked if everything was good. The location is perfect, not so far from the centre, and 26min by walk from the airport. There's a nice breakfast place just down the accommodation, as well as the bus line that brings you to the beach. The internet was good enough to do home office without any trouble. We all were extremely satisfied with the place :)

Very clean house with 2 big balconies. We are a big family with 3 children, we had everything we need in the kitchen, in bathroom as well...

Apartment with lovely terraces

We were lucky to get an early checkin and they key was easy to get as it was left in the key safe. This apartment was beautiful. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Our host was so helpful and kind, helping us with every detail. There is a fridge freezer, oven, hob, and kettle. There is also a coffee machine. There are two wonderful terraces, one with loungers and bench, the other with a large dining table. The apartment is only ten minutes from the airport. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Spacious and clean apartment, all amenities available. Close to port so convenient if you use ferry. We walked to city center, not far away. Owner very polite and helpful. Overall very good value for money!

Bed were not really very comfortable for us. Close to busy road so kind of noisy.

Anna Maria is a great host. She went with us by her car to the port, where i needed to go, And then left us at the city center. The apartment is big and clean. There are bus in the street for the center.

Pleasant

The apartment itself is nice and pretty well located near the harbour. Anna Maria was very kind to arrange a taxi from the airport.

Floors were dirty and Anna Maria had apparently some problems with her phone so we were not able to reach her. We arrived in the middle of the night and were not able to contact her. Luckily we were able to find the key to the apartment even though she did not inform us where it was (watching sherlock holmes finally paid off).

Nous n'avons pas du tout apprécié la présence de punaises de lit. Autant vous dire que 1 c'est déjà une bonne note quand on sait dans quelle catastrophe elle nous a mis. Je peux comprendre qu on ne maîtrise pas tout mais là, les punaises étaient énormes. On les voyait se "balader' sur le canapé lit. Une nuit horrible et un retour de vacances catastrophique. Ce qui est vraiment dommage c c'est que l'hôte ne prenne pas ses responsabilités.... ..I absolutely did not threaten you. You are lying and all of our exchanges will be forwarded to Booking if necessary. On the contrary, I wanted to alert you privately so that it does not harm you. But it is clear that in addition to lying, you continue to offer your apartment and that it is infested. Take responsibility instead of accusing others.

Proche du port (10 min à pieds avec des valises) Appartement propre, bien équipé, confortable, climatisé. Quartier tranquille mais commerces à proximité.

Correct maar mist wat uitleg inzake transport.

Groot en ruim appartement voorzien van al het noodzakelijke comfort. Alles zeer proper en netjes.

De weg ernaar toe is als je te voet gaat vanop de luchthaven een hele onderneming en al helemaal als het zo warm is. De ligging op zich is helemaal uit het centrum. Weliswaar is het centrum niet ver maar als we zoals wij voor enkele kms 40€ moeten betalen aan een Uber ( wat absoluut misbruik is ) dan raad ik aan dat er meer info moet gegeven worden.

Struttura fantastica

Struttura meravigliosa, pulita, in 5 eravamo molto comodi. Dotata di tutti i servizi, asciugamani di ricambio, climatizzatori in ogni locale, phon, ferro da stiro, lavatrice, carta igienica, acqua fresca pronta in frigo. Inoltre, 2 terrazze molto ampie, una con sdraio, l'altra con un grande tavolo dove poter mangiare/bere fuori in compagnia. Disponibile stendino.

Se non si noleggia auto/moto, spostarsi è scomodo. Unica pecca, un angolo della cucina aveva delle formiche; una volta pulito, sembra non siano più tornate (siamo stati comunque solo una notte)
