Nice bungalow with 1 bedroom and living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. Cradle of children. Fully furnished, AIR CONDITIONING / HEATING and with barbecue. Front porch and private solarium. Urbanization landscaped with two swimming pools, playground, kiosk and bars. Near the New Hospital of Torrevieja, Mercadona and Salones Doña Montse. 5 minutes by car from the beach of los naúfragos in Torrevieja and 10 minutes from Playa Flamenca in Orihuela.

This delightful compact bejou bungalow apartment is well appointed and has all you need for an extended stay. Ideal for a marked couple but with enough space for more if the need arises. An english bar is nearby and a supermarket with an adjacent pharmacy is a five minute walk away. Nearest beaches are a good 50 minute walk away, but the property's roof terrace provides an alternative sun trap. A bus service does run in the nearby street but the route remains a mystery to me. To get the most out of your stay I would think most people would need the use of a car. The owner and his sister, both english speaking, could not be more helpful. Ideal location if you want to escape the throng of the La Zenia strip.

My wife and I stayed for just over two weeks. As previous property owners in the area, the house felt like a little oasis. Everything we needed was there and we came and went as we pleased. El Capitan was 2 minutes from the house and served good cheaply priced meals and drinks. Daniel speaks great English and arranging things was easy. It might be handy to have a diagram showing the exact location in relation to the roundabout on the CV95. Had a great time.
