Located in the Caleta Palmilla community, Brisas del Mar is a newly refurbished multi-level beachfront villa with six suite-style bedrooms plus one additional bedroom, three cascading heated pools, a private putting green, 14 fire pits, a wood-burning pizza oven, and direct beach access. Each bedroom features a stone fireplace, walk-in closet, and private terrace. Adjacent to the One&Only Palmilla resort. Sleeps up to 12 guests.
THE SPACE
Three cascading heated pools flow from one terrace to the next. Fourteen fire pits line the multi-level terraces. A wood-burning pizza oven, commercial gas grill, three alfresco dining areas, and multiple outdoor bars create a complete outdoor environment. Inside, a Kawai piano, walk-in wine cellar, and cigar humidifier anchor a main living space furnished with custom Italian furniture.

The House was wonderful and the Chef--not a bad meal or even a bad dish in 5 days--truly one of the best food service preparations and presentations we have ever. seen or enjoyed--The butler staff and house keepers and the Cuvee rep were all so nice and responsive and made the trip really one of the best we have had in years.

The location of the villa was the best I have experienced in Los Cabo’s. It sits right on the beach and the golf course near the One&Only Palmilla. The 3 levels of exterior living space complete with three pools, multiple hot tubs, bars and fire features were perfect for entertaining. Cuvée arranged a private yoga session at the villa which I highly recommend to truly get immersed with the sound of the waves. Our private chef Sergio was waiting with fresh smoothies and cut fruits, which was the perfect end to our morning workout. The private putting green on the property was an unexpected bonus! We truly enjoyed all the comforts of this villa and the photos don’t do it justice - it is even more beautiful in person. Thanks again to the Cuvée team for taking care of all the details and creating an incredible experience for us in Los Cabo’s.

Unbelievable vacation for our whole family. The property, location, views, decor and personal service was out of this world. Cuvée is world class and nothing compares to the attention from the destination managers. Everything we needed was catered to us and we are so grateful to have found a company the maintains the standard of luxury.
