It was clean

The bed was very uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on the floor. The hotel was right on a very busy roadway. It was not shown or said in the description. Dinner was only from 7-8pm and not everyday. I stayed from Thursday until Sunday. Staff not too friendly.

Staff is very nice and helpful, location is great, very clean overall, including the shared bathroom. Looks dated, but it's very well maintained.

Expensive for what it is (having a shared bathroom and all). You need to be early for the breakfast! We were there around 08:30, most was gone. People coming into the breakfast room after us had even less luck.

A traditional older style hotel.

The parking was easy. The reception staff were very helpful with quite good English. The hotel was clean. The room was quite large. The shower worked well. An adequate breakfast was served but it was unvarying. The restaurant was open in the evenings and served nice plain food. The bar was very busy. Location for Cortina and other sites was good but it is probably best to have a car, although buses did run past the hotel.

The beds in our room were harder than we liked. The WiFi dropped out from time to time.

Disappointing

Room and bathroom were clean.

Young girl on check in was very rude, she could not have cared less about us. Meal in the restaurant gave my partner food poisoning so spent the one day we had in the area very unwell.

Great hotel in good location

Breakfast was good. The second you arrive, they ask you what do you want to drink, and immediately serving that. Moreover, the option to sit at the hotel's restaurant in the evening, in a fair price, lets you be satisfied as you wake up and when you go to bed :) Stuff are really nice. Great location and great view from the room towards the mountains. Room is being cleaned every day.

Noises experienced during the stay: The bed in the room was constantly squeaking with even the slightest movement. Due to the hotel's proximity to a fast road, it is recommended to keep the windows closed while sleeping. However, it's worth noting that the road isn't heavily crowded, and we managed to sleep relatively well. The sound of people walking on the wooden stairs of the hotel was audible. There was no curtain around the bathtub.

bathroom in room 1 needs renovation and it was very cold there, probably the windows in bathroom are not sealed good room was too noisy when there were people walking on stairs in the night

The staff was so nice. The location is perfect to get to amazing hikes. The restaurant was great. Very cosy place.

Great place and friendly staff, brilliant location

Great cosy place. Everyone who is working there was great. I needed help in arranging a big dinner for the group and luckily the sheff and the rest of the staff were able to accommodate. Great experience, recommend staying here. Especially if you are into hiking and mountain exploring. Two great via ferratas are walking distance from the hotel.

Perfect

We loved it here, had a fantastic meal in the restaurant after 10 days of mountain trekking. The owner gave us a lift down to Pontebba the next day gratis. Fausto was a star.

Great location— close to a trail as well as a lovely walking path that runs along the river and ends up at a chalet with some good food and drink. It was also wonderful to enjoy an apertivo and a snack outside on the restaurant’s porch. The service was also good—helpful and courteous staff.
