- Sehr schöne, ruhige und praktische Lage, in der Nähe von Supermärkten und Restaurants
- schöner Pool für die Nebensaison (in der Hauptsaison sicher zu klein),
- bei Problemen mit der Klimaanlage und der Elektrizität war nach 20 Minuten ein Hausmeister da
- die Garage war nicht nutzbar, da zu klein
- das 2. Bad befindet sich im Keller durch die Garage durch
- kein Schutz gegen Mücken an den Fenstern
- sehr hellhörige Wohneinheiten
