Studio room is fine for 2 people with a small kitchenette including small fridge/kettle/toaster/microwave/hob and basic kitchen equipment etc. Bathroom was very clean with a good shower area and a mid-sized washing machine as well . There is one water heater in the bathroom, so that needs to be kept on so there is enough hot water for each person The pool area is fab, with a great elevated view to the beach/sea and a really good swimming and relaxing area size . Parasols and comfortable sun loungers Lift to all floors and the entry/exit point beneath the swimming pool vernadah is the quickest way to reach the main road heading towards Budva . On the same street as the building on the car park side; there is a small kiosk selling basics that is open late and further round the corner, there is the Idea supermarket (closed Sundays) and other kiosk type shops and then access to the beach near the Iberostar hotel

Some signage down to the main road from the back of the property would be helpful as well as signage from the car park area , showing where the Reception is. There is no communal seating area or bar/lobby etc, so its just your apartment and the pool area thats available . So you will need to walk out to people watch or get food etc The nightlife is a distance away , more than 45 mins walk or a 10 mins taxi ride, so its better suited for someone looking for a quieter stay .

The room was nice and big and airy The location was in walking distance of the supermarket and the beach. The private lift down the road and beach was great,

It needed a few more facilities in the room. A coffee machine and some more crockery and glasses. The fridge is too big and should not be right next to the bed ! It was noisy. On a few occasions the hot water ran out and it wasn’t clear if there was a timer. It was disappointing that there were no facilities next to the pool. It could do with a bar or somewhere to buy snacks and drinks

Great location with pool, walkable distance to beach and restaurants.

Clean and good sea view

The location is good, but there are some important things to know. You really need to rent a car to get around Budva easily. Unfortunately, the reception staff were not very helpful. When we ran out of toilet paper, instead of assisting us properly, the receptionist told us that if no one brought it to the room, we should go to the supermarket and buy it ourselves. This attitude felt quite rude and not what you would expect from a hotel.
