Could have stayed longer.

The fact that it was directly in town was fantastic. A little hike from parking in but that was to be expected. The apartment was clean and quaint with a nice kitchen and sitting area. Wish we planned to stay longer. Rosanna was a wonderful host.

Very comfortable apartment, very well equipped. Location is excellent. Rosanna the host is extremely helpful.

There are two flights of many steep steps that are worn. We are in our late 70’s so not very easy up and down. We did hire one of waiters to bring our luggage down when checking out.

Everything we possibly needed was there. It was spacious, immaculate, and right in the center of town. Rosanna was positively lovely. Free parking a nice little hike away.

Nice and big appartement in the centre of Cortona! Rossana was a very nice host and communication was flawless. We will recommend staying there when you are in Cortona

Lovely and comfortable apartment right off Piazza Signorelli!

Lovely and comfortable apartment in the perfect location off piazza Signorelli, easy walk to everything! Host Rossana was excellent, prompt response and resolution to any requests, very sweet person. Thought was given in the design and decor of this apt, as well as functionality. A/C, dishwasher, washing machine, and all necessary items for coffee, tea, cooking etc. supplied. No lift and up a couple of flights of stairs, but we were ok with that and wanted the exercise - less guilt when eating at those wonderful Cortona restaurants! Would stay here again and highly recommend.

Clean, central, spacious, fully equipped, delightful host. Perfect.

We stayed during a Saturday night in July. Thus, the central location meant hearing a concert in the piazza followed by early Sunday morning market. Still, it did not ruin the visit. I would stay here again

Amazing stay!

The apartment is beautifully located near city center with a lovely view over the theater, just like in the pictures provided on Booking. The place is spacious, clean and very cozy. Moreover, you’ll love the landlady, she’s really nice, kind and very welcoming! I whole heartedly recommend La Finestra sul Teatro when staying in Cortona!

Honestly, there isn’t one thing I didn’t like about my stay.

Apartamento amplio y bonito junto a la plaza

Está bien ubicado, al lado de la plaza y no hay que andar demasiado desde el parking, 5-10 min. la comunicación con la propietaria buena. El nuestro era un segundo sin ascensor. El apartamento es muy bonito, amplio, acogedor. Estuvimos muy a gusto en este sitio. La ducha y el baño muy bien.

Se escucha muchísimo ruido, las ventanas parecen no estar. Las camas pequeñas con las almohadas quizás podrían ser renovadas. Y como sugerencia un microondas en la cocina

Mooi appartment midden in centrum

Erg mooi appartement. Ligt direct aan een gezellig plein.

Je mag met de auto niet het centrum in als toerist dus we moesten 3 minuten lopen met de koffers. Geen groot probleem, maar daar was ik me eerst niet bewust van. Vrij prijzig. Dit komt uiteraard door de locatie, maar verschil was wel vrij groot vergeleken onze andere verblijven in Toscane.
