Kennedy Premium Apartments

Excelente ubicación. Los apartamentos son muy espaciosos y muy bien equipados. Tenían todo los que necesitábamos y los anfitriones fueron siempre muy amables y siempre pendientes de que estuviéramos cómodos. 100% recomendable

La ubicación es perfecta, estás a solo dos cuadras de Parque Arauco y con muchos servicios cerca. La zona se siente muy segura. El dpto está muy completo y tiene todo lo necesario, tanto para cocinar como para pedir delivery. La limpieza era excelente y la calefacción funcionaba muy bien, algo que valoramos mucho en estos días de invierno! Estuvimos trabajando desde el depto y, si bien no coincidía exactamente con las fotos de Booking y no tenía mesa, lo solucionaron muy rápido trayendo una mesa con sillas. Excelente servicio desde el momento de la reserva y durante toda la estadía, siempre atentos y con muy buena disposición. Además, la vista desde el rooftop del edificio es increíble. Sin dudas volveremos!

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca del mall y muy cómodo, con todo lo necesario para la estadía. También era seguro para los que se quedan con niños

Bermadita and her team were friendly and very responsive to any issues. A great location, just a couple of minutes walking distance from the mall, and not an expensive choice. As the apartment blocks are nearly 30 stories high, the safety netting on the balcony was comforting as we have a young son.

We would have been two days without pool access in the first apartment we stayed at. even though I double checked about access before arrival and was not warned in advance we would have to wait until 11am on the Monday to be granted access. In the second apartment we always had to book slots (one per day) to use the pool. As the use of an indoor pool was the number one requirement for our holiday, we would have stayed elsewhere if this was known to us. We had to use an app to get into the pool and to access the building/security gates, which needed sorting out several times during our stay, and my phone wouldn't allow me to access the pool most of the stay.
