Enchinent: Single-family house "Casa Jara". 1 km from the centre of Calpe, 1 km from the sea. Private: property 1'000 m2, garden, swimming pool angular (4 x 8 m, depth 80 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower. Supermarket 350 m, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop "Parada Bus" 1.3 km, sandy beach 1 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, y Benidorm Palace (Benidorm). Las instalaciones y equipamiento muy adecuados para asegurar una estancia agradable . La parte de abajo un poco calurosa por no tener rejas , obligándonos a mantener el salón cerrado . Precisaría de aire acondicionado o instalar rejas Para la seguridad de las ventanas . El estado de la piscina era estupendo y la limpieza de la casa en general al cuando llegamos estaba impecable. Para recomendar la casa.

La casa nos ha encantado. Muy bien equipada. Un poco calurosa la planta baja, pero nos proporcionaron ventiladores (gestión rápida y eficaz). Quizás el colchón de la habitación de abajo un poco incómodo. Piscina muy limpia. Muy recomendable.

Klasse Haus mit kleinen Mängeln. Z.B. die Spülmaschine war kaputt, wurde aber am nächsten Tag sofort durch eine neue ersetzt. Teilweise altes Mobiliar. Der Zugang zur unteren Wohneinheit/Wohnung ist leider nur von außen möglich. Super Pool und Poolservice, sauberes Haus. Relativ zentral gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit zu Fuß in 5Min erreichbar, Strand in 15 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
