About this apartment rental
In the upper part of the town of Porto Santo Stefano, in a dominant position on the new harbor and the ancient fortress, symbol of the past Spanish domination, is this apartment, located on the second floor of a characteristic "santostefanese" building.
At the base of the building is a pay parking very useful to load / unload the luggage.
Nearby there is the possibility to park for free.
The apartment consists of a corridor / entrance, where we find: double bedroom, consisting of: double bed, sofa (with possibility of converting into a sofa bed to a square and a half), wardrobe, air conditioning, plasma TV and with window that from the back.
Bathroom equipped with bathroom, shower and hairdryer.
Next to the bathroom we find a small room, consisting of: washing machine, pilozzo, clothesline and a small wardrobe.
At the end of the corridor we enter the cozy living room / kitchen.
In the living room there is a dining table (extendable), double sofa bed, air conditioning and plasma TV.
The kitchen is equipped with all utensils including: kettle and toaster.
Living room and kitchen are arranged with window and French window with balcony, overlooking the wonderful sea view.
The apartment is equipped with wi-fi line.
At the customer's request it is possible to change the linen (towels and sheets) with an additional cost of € 10 per bed;
it is also possible to request during the stay the riasetto of the apartment with a cost of 10 € per day.
