Gravina Resort: 2-family house "Villa 27", semi-detached, built in 2010. In a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 2 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 1'000 m2, swimming pool (70 m2, depth 120 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 31.Mar. - 27.Oct.). In the complex: reception, internet access, WiFi. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, bus stop 15 km, sandy beach 2 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood. The Residence is located within a natural park, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, the buildings are camouflaged among the unmistakable granite rocks that characterize this stretch of coast, preserving the surrounding nature.

Die Costa Paradiso ist immer wieder eine Reise Wert. Sehr schöne Haus-Architektur, viel Platz und eine traumhafte Lage inmitten roter Granitfelsen mit grüner Macchia. Gepflegter Zustand des Hauses/Gartens/Pools. Gute Betten/Matratzen Mängel: Pool- und Außenbeleuchtung erst ab 21.08 Uhr, obwohl ab 20.00 Uhr Dunkelheit billigstes Besteck in ungenügender Anzahl, nicht ausreichend Gläser vorhanden Klimaanlage tropft (Wand feucht und Tür aufgequollenes Holz) unfreundliches Personal an der Rezeption

Die Villa war genau wie beschrieben. Ein absoluter schöner Ausblick aufs Meer. Abends ist es sehr ruhig. Wunderbar zum Relaxen. Der Pool ist großartig. Betten waren sehr bequem. Leihwagen ist notwendig. Supermarkt und Restaurants in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Auch die Wildschweine kommen einen ab und an abends besuchen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit auf Sardinen auch dank dieser Unterkunft. Wir können sie 100% weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft, der Service war klasse, das Haus sehr gemütlich und sauber, ein sehr schöner Pool, alles bestens.
