breakfast is fine. it was included in our booked .but my husband doesnt like coffee so we asked milk but they asked us additional payment. it seems inappropriate because i already paid the breakfast when i booked the room.

Excellent location with nice restaurant and other choices in the vicinity.

First attending staff kept me waiting to be checked in - it was already about 6 pm - when i already indicated earlier that i was expected to arrive at 2pm. Seemed like the room was not ready; front desk staff said she was calling housekeeping, when she seemed like she was attending to something else. Was she forced to give me this “defective” rom? Room 605 - Defective air conditioner that was not cool enough - seems nobody checks functionality. Room had not so nice smell upon my entry - smelled like drainage of bathroom. No towels - had to request around midnight. Really not so nice experience with front desk staff upon check in and the room itself - I would say horrible - gives your hotel a bad reputation. Probably a case of people not doing their assigned jobs well enough, and nobody checks on them. Your saving grace - your duty manager who attended to my complaints when I checked out. He promised to send me feedback before ethe day ended - but no feedback as of yet - really sad - seems like he was not serious after all.
