The property had some minor issues with broken blinds and other cosmetic issues but overall it was a good experience I would recommend bring wash clothes.

The kitchen had a lot of appliances, cookware and cutlery. The bedrooms and living room had comfortable furniture. The pool was nice and clean. The property manager was quick to fix the one issue I called them for.
The negatives were the dirty white towels which we washed in the laundry machine provided at the house. However there was a huge collection of beach towels which were clean and lasted us the whole stay. Lastly, the comforter and pillows sheets in the master suite need to be replaced as the are showing signs of wear and tear.
Overall, a good location with very minor setbacks.

Really cannot understand the previous review about shady pool area we stayed here recently and can definitely say that there is plenty of sun around the pool area, the tree that is there is in one corner and casts a tiny amount of shade in this area in the afternoon, by moving the sun bed by about two feet problem resolved
The villa is really nice clean and well kept and close to everything that Orlando and Disney offers
We throughly enjoyed our stay in this villa and at very reasonable price too we would not hesitate to book again
