Cozy, warm, family-owned

We rarely return to the same vacation spot but this place made such a great impression we willreturn

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment by the sea. The location was excellent – just a 2-minute walk to both the center and the beach (although the beach doesn't offer much shade). The apartment is positioned perfectly, so we barely needed the air conditioning thanks to the pleasant breeze on the terrace. There are many great restaurants and bars in the town center, and the apartment itself had everything we needed. The shared pool was always clean and very refreshing. A unique and fun highlight for the kids were the turtles around the property – they loved them! The hosts were exceptional – very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The apartment was spotless, and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. We also appreciated being able to get a fresh set of towels during our stay. The whole place, including other guests, was quiet and peaceful, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday. Another lovely feature was the availability of local products – you can buy world-renowned homemade olive oil and a variety of traditional spirits such as travarica (herbal rakija), sour cherry liqueur, and many others directly from the hosts. These make for great souvenirs or gifts! Highly recommended! A special highlight nearby is Pilatuša Beach – an excellent option for those seeking shade and a more natural, less touristy experience. It offers plenty of tree cover, clean water, and a shallow entrance to the sea with some prickly stones underfoot, so water shoes might be helpful. One thing to watch out for: there are occasional sea urchins in the water, so extra care is advised. There’s also an open bar and a small food stand for snacks – overall, a great spot to relax and enjoy nature.

At night, there was occasional traffic noise, but no loud parties or disturbances – so it's still a great choice if you're looking for peace and quiet. If you prefer low-profile pillows, it's worth checking with the hosts in advance or bringing your own, just in case.

It was a very nice family owned property. Very central in Pakoštane, amazing view from the balcony, kitchen equipment modern. Everything looks the same as in the pictures.

Overall there wasn’t anything to complain about the property.

Amazing hosts and a beautiful location

Our hosts were amazing! They made us feel very welcome :) the location was beautiful and clean and pakostone is very centrally located when exploring Dalmatia! We would love to go back just for sharing time with this friendly family again. Lots of love and thanks for your help!!

Very relaxing

Nice, clean, friendly place. Very friendly owners - they also run a boat&bike hire, natural products shop so you can make use of that. Well equipped apartment - dishwasher, all cutlery, pots and pans, blankets, hairdryer etc. Perfect location - great view of sea panorama from top rooms, just a couple minutes walk from restaurants, marina, beach, shops, bakery. Pool - perfect to chill with children, heated water. Pakostane is a lovely town where there are all tourist amenities. Good base for trips to Zadar, Split, Sibenik etc.

Superb

This was a perfectly situated apartment to access the Vransko Jezero National Park and take a boat trip to the Kornati Islands which our host organised. It was easy to walk into Pakostane which was lovely to amble around. The apartment was clean, well equipped and very comfortable and we stayed an extra night.The host was very hospitable offering us welcome drinks and was very keen for us to have a good stay. Whilst the apartment itself was a little dark and the balcony did not have a great view ( although you could still see amazing skies at sunset) it was lovely to have access to a pool which was why we chose it. Would definitely recommend. :)

We found it a little noisy in the evening sitting on the balcony but others might not find this a problem. The scooters seemed particularly loud. There was also a loud dripping noise from the guttering outside the bedroom window when it rained.

I think if you have mobility issues, you will need a car as there is a small hill to walk up when returning from the beach/bars etc

Perfect rest and relaxation

The welcome we received at this family run accommodation was fantastic and so was their help through the rest of our stay. From where to eat out, buy groceries and trips to go on. We went for a rest and unwind and this town and accommodation provided exactly what we needed. Thank you for a most enjoyable holiday

Look, I've been to places before, but this is really better than Miami Beach! Cleanest pool I have ever seen-serviced daily by the owner, strong&stable WiFi, perfect green surroundings like zoo, local products with worldwide recognized quality&official rewards! Owners are another story ... kind, professional, hardworking and humble human like individuals-gotta love them! The location is perfect, our kids enjoyed every second, grill works great. Rooms are super clean, nice beds, TV, A/C, feels like home on so many levels! Can't imagine better place to spend holidays at Adriatic sea for real! Top A+, very much recommended-thank you for everything!

Marrieds Lalin were really nice and friendly and willing to help with everything. They welcomedus kindly. The apartment was sparkling clean from floor to ceiling and everything smelled beautiful. Everything was perfectly prepared for our stay. The surroundings of the villa were arranged, and the pool was always clean and heated. The location of Villa Zdenka is amazing. 2 minutes on foot to the center, to the port, to the beach. We will definitely come back here. Thank you, it was a great vacation ❤️☺️

Great place!

The villa and it's garden and pool area is very nice and cozy. The apartment is very well equipped with quality furniture and good taste, it is spatious and very clean. The beds are incredibly confortabile! It is located in the center of Pakostane a minute away from restaurants, shop, atm machine and also close to the beach. The hosts are very friendly nice people. We had a wonderful time!

Super Aufenthalt gewesen und werden definitiv erneut dort Urlaub machen

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet mit allen Notwendigkeiten (Besteck, Teller, etc.). Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, falls man zusätzliche Dinge benötigt, wie Handtücher oder Gläser. Der Pool ist beheizt auf ca. 28 Grad, was das Baden auch bei kühleren Temperaturen ermöglicht.

Ein kleiner Handstaubsauger wäre hilfreich, um schnell und einfach den Schmutz und Staub von draußen zu entfernen. Eine Besen ist jedoch vorhanden.

Gastgeber top, Lage top, für Kinder top. Alles recht nah, und der beste Strand war auch der, der am nähsten war. Die Bäckerei unten, die Straße runter würde ich meiden. Hab nie schlechteres Gebäck gegessen. Lieber einkaufen in Plodine. Restaurants waren alle gut in denen wir waren. Attraktionen auch genug in der Nähe. Insgesamt echt voll in Ordnung. Preis Leistung wirklich top.

Trotz schönen Urlaub und super netten Gastgebern gab es ein paar Punkte. Verkehr am Abend, manchmal sehr laut. Grillplatz nicht unbedingt einladend. Küchenutensilien recht mager. Würde selbst ein paar mitnehmen. Kein Putzdienst (Hatten immer welchen bisher, egal wo wir waren), eine Steckdose fiel aus der Wand. Uns störte es ja nicht, aber wenn ein Kind mal ein Ladegerät anschließen wollen würde, eher nicht so nice. Und die Couch wo die Kleine drauf lag, war durchgelegen und nicht gerade bequem. Und die Schaukel war nicht am Pool wie auf dem Bild. Die wollten wir aber alle nutzen. Im Vergleich zu anderen wo wir waren und wenn ich den Preis rechne, kann ich leider nur 8 von 10 geben.

Obiekt bardzo czysty, blisko centrum i plaża. Basen w obiekcie oczywiście na plus. Gospodarze bardzo mili i zawsze dostępni.

Ciasny parking dla gości. Dostaliśmy miejsce, z którego wyjazd był bardzo utrudniony.

Siisti ja hyvin varusteltu huoneisto, sekä ystävällinen isäntäperhe. Allasalue oli viihtyisä ja hyvin hoidettu. Kylästä löytyy kaikki tarvittavat peruspalvelut aivan kävelyetäisyydellä.

Majoituspaikassa ei ollut mitään moitittavaa, mutta Pakostanen kylä on virikkeitä kaipaavalle ja pidempää lomaa viettävälle jopa turhan rauhallinen, joten suosittelen auton vuokrausta.
