Big and clean apartment with large terrace (ground floor apartment) . Near situated pebbles beach with bar. Friendly homeowner.

Great location, close to the peaceful beach, not so far (45min driving) to Zadar and Nin, close to The Paklenica Park. The apartment was very clean, very good (looks like a new) air conditioner, safe parking place in the garden, very nice and friendly host (doesn't speak English very well but it's possible to communicate, he speaks more German), big grill in the garden, well-equipped kitchenette. A quiet and peaceful place which makes us feel relaxed. Good WI-FI is a plus.

There was a mistake in the description of the apartment on the booking.com and we got a private room with the bathroom instead of a studio with the kitchen, so please read very carefully all the checkpoints and look at the pictures if there is no kitchenette in the photos don't take it as a studio even if it's called studio apartment. For me, the studio always means full equipped apartment with everything that you need (bathroom and kitchenette) - that cause a bit nervous situation at the beginning. However, we had luck and got another real studio apartment with everything that we needed. We had to pay a bit of extra money but it was a good value for the conditions which we got. In the end, we were very happy. There is a bit of a problem with very small ants when you live on the ground floor. However, it wasn't so bad. It would be cool to have in the apartment something to clean the floor and also some simple map or just listed recommendations on what to see and where to eat in the area.
