Located right near the centre of Starigrad-Paklenica, less than a 5 minute stroll to the sea. We were early arriving but were still able to access apartment which was nice. There are several apartments in the 'villa' , the other guests all appeared to all be Croatian, and the Villa owner had very limited English. That said we managed, and this was not an issue for us as we were visiting family working locally.
This is a 2* self catering property with basic facilities. It was fine for us as we were only using as a base to sleep. I would not have stayed here if had been wanting to spend a lot of time at the apartment.
