La ubicación, Marcial, la persona encargada era muy agradable. La cocina totalmente reformada tiene todo lo necesario. La verdad es que pasamos unos días estupendos y aunque sea una casa. A pie de calle no hay ruido ninguno. El agua caliente funciona a tope, da gusto ir a un sitio de alquiler y que el agua no sea un problema.

La ubicación y la terraza
Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y el sofá cama del salón es incomodísimo, no hay quién duerma ahí. La puerta del baño no cierra (perfecto si quieres no tener intimidad) y la insonorización de las ventanas es nula, se escucha todo lo que pasa en la calle. Además no estaba muy limpio, se nota que tiene muchísimos alquileres y no tienen tiempo de hacer limpiezas a fondo.
