Good value for money

Nice place to stay. I really liked the kitchen area and there was a very nice lady working there.

I didn’t like that one worker was drilling something during my stay. After all, I was on holiday and wanted to relax.

Good location, comfortable apartment.

The hosts were very helpful and accommodated my late check-in. Instructions were very clear.

That I was never ablew to find parking on the property's private parking (only 3 spots, but 8 flats, as far as I could tell), so I had to park at the other property, which is down the road.

Great place to stay

The apartment is very well equipped and the staff were very helpful with requests I made. It is a 20 min. Walk into Monza which is a lovely town .

They left us stranded.

We arrived from a 6 hour trip at about 6:49 PM on Saturday evening. They had already closed the office. We couldn’t reach anyone and were forced to find another accommodation. While this may be their “policy”,that you can’t reach a single soul at 6:40 PM on a Saturday evening, it would have been nice to get a warning. After all they did have my phone number. I don’t recommend this place.

We stayed in these apartments for 5 days. Registration there until 18.00, we were late, as we were traveling from Germany, called the hotel, asked for an employee and he was late for us for half an hour. Registration took only 2 minutes. Several options for parking. Very clean apartment, clean linens and towels. There is everything you need for cooking. The location is great.

This is not a minus, but just as a wish. It would be nice to add electrical outlets. There were only two of them, and in such a room for 5 people (considering that now everyone has so many gadgets) - a bit small

Exceptional

First of all, I would like to mention that the staff was incredibly helpful and patient! Since we were coming from Hungary by car, we could only give an estimated time of arrival, and when we got stuck in the traffic (and also lost) and arrived later than 6 p.m., they waited for us. The receptionist spoke perfect English, so it was easy to communicate. I had some trouble with my cards, and the receptionist was very patient, while we figured out what the problem is. The apartment was wonderful and clean. It was very well equipped, it even had an ironing board and iron as well. The kitchen area has a fridge and freezer, as well as different utensils for cooking and cookware. The location is also very good, there is a Lidl nearby, Parco di Monza is only a short walk away as well. Since the hospital is just opposite the accommodation, there are a few ambulance cars coming and going, but the noise didn't disturb us at all. The apartment has air conditioning which was lovely since it was quite hot when we were there.

There was nothing we didn't like.

self contained clean unit, with cooking and waxshing. facilities , very friendly reception ( but not always open) for us a good location

parking not easy at villa Regina: 4 places that can host in reality 2 cars. also there are a lot of instructions …so it gives you a feeling of being at a school camp while you are paying average 4 stars hotel prices.

excellent stay for the Monza formula 1 walkable to the venue clean & very helpful regarding picking up keys etc There was a train strike so was delayed for our appointment to pick up our keys but was good communication & was no problem arriving later

Location was perfect for Monza GP, and the space allowed us to make food for the races if needed .

Dunno if was just cause it was warm during our stay but there was lots of Mosquitoes in the apartment.

Close to the Monza race track, well equipped and quiet neighborhood (no noise although a hospital is across the street)

Location

The shower, you had to hold the shower head to shower, as the fitting is incorrect so the shower does not point downwards but directly at the wall. No kettle or coffee machine, so had to boil water in a small saucepan which had a lose handle and is unsafe. Lack of cutlery and glasses. Could not use the TV as poor signal and could not reflect or attach laptop. I had never been asked to take out the rubbish from an apartment before I leave.

Good value and privacy

I somehow oversaw that there are parking spots you have to include in your booking, the very friendly lady at the reception gave us keys to the gate for free anyway, when I asked where I could park my car.

There is a hospital in front of the location so if you have the windows open you hear the ambulance sirens from time to time.
