About this villa rental
NEWLY RENOVATED
This Villa has been ideally prepared and newly renovated for a couple looking for a romantic or relaxing getaway, or for 2 couples wanting to enjoy all the Hunter Valley has to offer.
Minimum 2 night stay
Long weekends - Minimum 3 night stay
Two bedrooms - Both with king size beds (can not be split into single beds)
Two bathrooms
Luxury furnishings which include:
WiFi available
Fully equipped NEW kitchen
75" Plasma Screen
Weber BBQ on balcony
32" LCD TV in each bedroom
Ensuite off the main bedroom
Main bathroom
Coffee machine (BYO - Aldi Coffee Pods)
Breathtaking views from the large balcony.
Linen & towels are included for 4 people.
Additional guests can stay at no extra charge but will need to bring their own towels & linen and bring an airbed.
Please Note: This Villa does not offer sofa beds or rollout beds and is not suitable for small children.
There are internal stairs in the Villa.
Once you reach the top of the stairs, the bedrooms, living areas and kitchen are all on one level.
Private Villa’s have access to the private villa swimming pool - adjacent to Villa 520. The Oaks Resort require annual membership to the main pool, gym etc.

Peaceful location and close to everything. Bushy outlook with views across the valley to a vineyard. Convenient with everything that you could need. The host was very helpful and I look forward to staying there again.

The villa was great, clean, finished well and had everything you needed.
The relentless peppering of texts and emails for information and constant reminders of what and how to leave the villa from the rental company was just too much for me.
