About this house rental
Furnished house, for peaceful holidays (or to organize parties) in the countryside between Ceglie Messapica, Francavilla Fontana, San Michele Salentino and Villa Castelli, surrounded by huge ultra-old olive trees, trulli and lots of nature mixed with seasonal fruits, vegetables, mushrooms and asparagus wild. Connected with STP services, shop and tel. pub. a1km
If you are looking for a period of relaxation, do not hesitate to contact us: 5 hectares of surrounding land (where you can consume fruits from the trees such as figs, almonds, pomegranates, pears, prickly pears etc.) and enjoy nature live. Rural house with good toilets, large kitchen equipped with a wood-burning oven (make delicious pizzas) and walkway, 3-bed room, double bedroom and single bedroom obtained from an alcove of the adjacent trullo, square decorated with colorful plants and ample parking.
The only handicap is an Enel truss at about 50m.
You arrive from the ss7 BR-TA exit Ceglie Messapica-Francavilla nord, then 4 km of the sp26 for Ceglie Messapica you will find adjacent to a traffic light, a church and a war memorial and here you are already on the spot. At about 2km there are 2 restaurants and swimming pool in tiket. The estate is fenced only on the public road side. Altitude 170m.
The Adriatic (Ostuni) or Ionian (Maruggio) beaches are about 15-30 minutes away by car.
You can visit within a few kilometers, in addition to the traditional farms, caves, the typical mirrors on the Cegliese border (prehistoric control tower), and of course the many civil and religious monuments in the neighboring centers. One for all, the Swabian castle of Oria where in mid-August the ward tournament organized by Federico II in 1225 takes place
