brand new small and modern appartement with very smart design (e.g. space in bathroom under sink or kitchen design) and free (!) outdoor pool, AC, excellent beds, big shower Fresh Italian (!) breakfast, Wifi and parking is included Typical Osteria Barac in Beriolo to be visted, also Gelateria there. Typical Food in Agriturismo "La di Madot" - a must to visit!!

absolutely nothing what could be changed by Stefana (he is a great host!)- just good to know that SP39 is a all day long busy road (this isnot a place for meditation)....

Everything was brilliant - the pool, the organisation of the rooms, the cleanliness, Stefano was super friendly and helpful!

Scored slightly less on location because you need a car but for us it was perfect!

The stay was great all facilities where of high standard, and i had a good relaxing time .

The Location is perfect, the place is need clean and functional, the breakfast was very good. I would return there again. Stefano the owner, was very helpful friendly person, i would recommend the place to anyone.

Gorgeous location for a very reasonable price.

We loved the location, quiet, with fantastic view and ideal as a base for the many beautiful places to see in Friuli. The kitchen was well equipped and the suite was large and clean. Large parking area with security gate. Beautiful swimming pool. Stefano, the proprietor, was friendly and very helpful about places where to eat, etc.. Breakfast was simple but good. Excellent croissants!

Colazione con prodotti di qualità e ampia scelta di frutta fresca. Piscina nuova, pulitissima e con sistema a sale. Appartamento nuovo e funzionale dai colori rilassanti. Teli per piscina forniti e cambiati. Personale gentile e disponibile. Posto tranquillo ma comodo per visitare le città della zona.

Vriendelijke gastheer Stefano, super italiaans ontbijt, schoon, netjes, service, faciliteiten waaronder zwembad.

We hadden veel last van prikkende mugjes, waardoor het buiten zitten niet altijd fijn was. Jammer! Helaas kan niemand daar iets aan doen.

Tout était parfait

Un endroit magnifique.Les chambres sont d'une propreté irréprochable, très bien agencées, avec une attention portée aux moindres détails. La piscine est superbe, et chaque parasol et chaise longue impeccables et attribués aux différents appartements. Tout est remarquablement entretenu, on a vraiment l'impression que tout est neuf. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, varié et copieux. Les linges de bain sont changés régulièrement, ce qui est très appréciable. Et que dire de Stefano, l'hôte idéal : sympathique, accueillant, toujours disponible mais discret. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
