To the outside there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with decking outside and seating area complete with furniture for 4 guests.The View is a lovely rural retreat, ideal for families and couples looking to explore the coast and countryside of Devon.
Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Range cooker with gas oven and gas hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Full height fridge freezer in the utility room. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with decking outside and seating area complete with furniture for 4 guests.
