About this villa rental
This lovely 3 bedroom villa is situated in Kapparis close to the larger and busier resort of Protaras. There are shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance of the villa, and two sandy beaches only 5 minutes walk away.
The nearby resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa are just a short drive from the villa, with lots of attractions and lively nightlife. There are many restaurants, shops and bars to choose from, and lots of sandy beaches all along the coast with water sports as well as the famous Ayia Napa has water park.
The open plan living area comprises of a Kitchen with all appliances including, cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The kitchen leads to the dining area that has a dining table with 6 chairs. The lounge has a 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa (one is a sofa bed), satellite T.V, fireplace and coffee table. Patio doors lead from the lounge into the garden with a swimming pool and BBQ area.
Upstairs the master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have single beds. There are 2 shower rooms, one upstairs, one downstairs.

Myself and my family had an amazing time and staying at this villa was the icing on the cake, it was extremely well maintained, the cleaners and pool cleaners are just brilliant and Sotos the manager was fantastic, he is very contientious and very helpful, he will ensure you have a great stay and nothing at all is too much trouble for him, highly recommended. The area is perfect this is our third time there and it gets better every time, if your looking for a great family holiday with peace and quiet, and looking for great evenings out in the local town, then this is not to be missed, the local car hire Juliannas is fantastic, again always willing to help getting you the best deal. Thank you Sotos for making mine and my family a great holiday, you can be rest assured we will be back next year.

This villa is a wonderfull place to spend summer time. It is stylish, comfortable and has everything you would need for your holidays. Especially, it is suitable for a family with a little baby as the manager, Sotos, would provide you with all baby things(high chair, baby cot ant etc). The villa is located near two beaches, so you could choose the one you like. Also in two minutes there are a lot of different restaurants\bars. Thank you, Sotos, for a great first summer for my baby-daughter!

Lovely well appointed villa in a great location. The Villa is tastefully decorated and clean and the pool and grounds are beautiful. Sotos the manager could not be any more helpful and he helped to make our stay extremely enjoyable. Highly recommended.
