About this villa rental
Very nice Holiday Home Réthaise (130 m2), located 300 meters from the city center, market every day of the season, outside the halls. The nearest beach is a 15-minute walk away. The bike path is 50 meters from the villa. In the center of the village are restaurants, shops.
La Rochelle is 20 minutes from the Bois, as well as the airport.
The house is very well equipped, it is classified furnished tourism 3 stars by the department Charente-Maritime in 2016.
She understands :
-1 large living room with WI FI, a large flat screen TV, a DVD player plus a HI FI channel.
-1 dining room with large table that can accommodate 8/9 guests.
-1 Well-equipped kitchen 2 refrigerators, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 1 electric oven, 1 induction hob 3 burners, 1 toaster, classic coffee maker plus a nespresso and a kettle.
- 2 bedrooms with 140 beds
- 1 bedroom with a bed of 160 X 200 and a sink
-1 bedroom with bunk beds 90
You can rent linens on the internet type loclinge
_ Cleaning is included in the rental price
- 2 bathrooms (showers) and 2 toilets complete the house. as well as a washing machine in one of the bathroom.

This is a great place to stay. It is in a fabulous location, close to the vibrant market, shops and lovely beaches, but in a peaceful, quiet neighbourhood. We took advantage of the hosts bicycle hire discount and explored the islands network of cycle trails. The house is spacious and comfortable with everything you need. It is clean, tidy and feels like a home. Outside is pretty with plenty of private space. I would highly recommend this property. It is a great place to enjoy your holiday.

Maison très fonctionnelle propre et bien équipée. Elle est plus spacieuse que les photos le laissent penser et parfaitement adaptée à une famille nombreuse.

Une maison bien placée à Bois Plage, grande et avec terrasse très agréable. Proche du centre et des pistes cyclables.
Possibilité de louer 4 vélos adultes sur place.

We stayed here on a family holiday for a week in July and the house suited us perfectly - plenty of room for six adults and two children. The owners couldnt be more helpful, responding quickly to emails before our holiday and welcoming us on our (late) arrival with a welcome pack and personal tour of the house. The house contains everything you need for a week or two away from home although the tv only has French channels. The garden is private and totally safe for little ones - theres a sunny terrace with sun loungers and a big dining table for meals al fresco, and a BBQ round the back. The beach and village shops are a short walk away, but if you want to go further afield without your car then the cycle-ways are nearby and the bus stop for the free bus to St Martin is a couple of minutes on foot. If we were to go to the Ile de Re en famille again then we would be very happy to use this house again.
