I found this studio to be a delight. In reality, the apartment is far more charming and comfortable than the photographs suggest. Though the footprint is cozy, it is the perfect base for anyone whose primary goal is to enjoy the Mediterranean. The location is truly a highlight: the beach is a mere few minutes' walk away, and the studio is ideally positioned between two premier water sports hubs. For those wishing to explore the heart of Cannes, the city center is a pleasant 20-minute stroll along the coast, eliminating the need for transport. Internally, the studio is well-appointed with high-tech features, including electronic controls, efficient climate control, and a modern kitchen. I felt very secure thanks to the reinforced entrance door and the included private, gated parking. Most importantly, the hospitality was top-tier. The host was attentive and professional, providing a level of service comparable to a luxury hotel. thank you!

Just a few minor notes: The view is a fair blend of the sea, garden, and city scenery, which is exactly as depicted in the photos. Additionally, the absence of a dishwasher might be a slight inconvenience for those traveling in a group, but otherwise, the stay was wonderful.
