Our modern 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment is located in a charming historic brownstone building in the heart of Butchertown in Louisville! Guests will love its kitchen with black granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The apartment has 2 nicely sized bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king bed and its own smart tv and the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a work desk. The 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with very nice and modern rain shower. The living room is located in the lower level with a dining table and a great lounging area where you can enjoy the Smart TV with spectrum cable and ability to stream all your favorite apps. There is a washer and dryer downstairs.
Located in the heart of new Louisville as locals call it, our apartment is just at the end of popular Frankfort Ave. It is within walking distance to restaurants, boutique shopping, craft beer pubs, so many of Louisville’s best bourbon distilleries, Waterfront Park, the new botanical gardens, and the Lynn Family soccer stadium. We are a 5 minute drive to the downtown hospitals and business, Louisville, KFC Yum! Center, Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium, the Kentucky Exposition Center Slugger Bat Museum, Muhammad Ali Museum. Also easy access to bike and jogging paths along the Ohio river.
We have bikes on property for your personal enjoyment!

Awesome place!!! Perfect location (walking distance to *amazing* food). Impeccably clean. Owner flexible on check out. Great people; great place; definitely want to stay there again next time in town!

The location is fantastic - easy to hop on off interstate. Quiet neighborhood and quick walk to a couple restaurants and bars. The place is decorated and updated perfectly. Our family enjoyed our stay.

We were amazed by the all of the little things of detail that are in our place. There isnt a thing that we needed to bring extra. Susan has thought of everything! We needed to check in a day early due to travel and they had no problem with it! We cant wait to come back and we will stay here everytime!
