The size of the room and location
We went down for breakfast at 9:00 am, and when we asked the waiter about the pancakes and scrambled eggs, we were simply told, “That’s finished, we have no more.” There were still other guests arriving for breakfast afterward, so it was disappointing to see that the options were already unavailable, especially since breakfast was advertised as being served from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. We also found coffee capsules in the room but no coffee machine. It was only on our second day that we discovered the coffee machine was located on a separate floor, along with a guest laundry room. This information was not provided to us during check-in, and it would have been helpful to know about these facilities from the beginning. Overall, the stay was pleasant in some aspects, but the lack of communication and limited breakfast availability were disappointing and could be improved.
