Uforskammet behandling af kunde, man kan i det mindste svare eller overholde en aftale om at svare.

Vi fik en lejlighed på 3 sal, adgang via meget glatte marmor trapper, vi havde ikke en chance for at få vores hund med op af disse trapper. Vi var aldrig inde i lejligheden og da vi kørte tilbage til nøgle udleveringsstedet var der ingen hjælp at hente, så vi måtte leje et hotel værelse inde i Rostock for de 5 dage vi skulle være der. Efterfølgende ingen respons selv om vi skrev til udlejningsstedet via Booking. Vi betalte for rengøring og hund for en lejlighed vi aldrig brugte. Den unge receptionist var fuldstændig ligeglad og ville ikke hjælpe med noget, hun lovede vi blev kontaktet hvilket ikke skete, da vi afleverede nøglekort var hun opgivende og kunne ikke huske noget. I det mindste kunne man have tilbagebetalt rengøring og gebyr for hund. Stedet kan absolut ikke anbefales, du betaler på forhånd og derefter er de fuldstændig ligeglade med deres kunde.

Schöne Wohnung, nette Einrichtung aber ansonsten unterirdisch Uni

Die Ferienwohnung war in einem Haus mit mehreren Wohnungen. In einer ruhigen Umgebung gelegen. 10 Min. Zur Steilküste, schöne Abendrunde mit dem Hund.

Das Besteck und Geschirr war noch mit Essensresten versehen. Die Pfanne wurde vom letzten Gast ungespült in den Schrank gestellt, roch inzwischen ranzig genau wie ein Kochtopf, der in die Pfanne gestellt wurde. Das Badezimmer roch nach Kloake, was sich in den nächsten Tagen gab, nachdem ich in Wanne ,Dusche und Waschbecken Wasser laufen ließ.. Es gab keine scharfen Messer. Ich müsste mir welche kaufen. Ebenso fehlte eine Salatschüssel. . Ich könnte noch weiter machen. Habe alles gleich am ersten Abend zur Kenntnis gebracht, worauf sich aber niemand gemeldet hat. Die Dame an der Rezeption bei der Schlüsselabgabe nahm es zur Kenntnis am Abreisetag..
