Definitely great value for money in Ponta Delgado. Nice cosy clean room, medium size, feels spacious enough. Amenities are rather basic, but it s expectable in this price range. There was no kettle in the room, however kitchen above has everything needed (kettle, toaster, dishes, fridge) to be accessed any time of the day. The location is very good, 5-10 mins away from the center.

Clean, private and centrally located at an affordable price (for me). My room even had a patio door that you could check out the city view. Nearby there were restaurants that served excellent food.
The shower door was leaking water all over the floor, i had to throw down a couple of towels afterwards just so i could use the sink and toilet.

The good thing was the location, in the center of Ponta Delgada. Overall it was clean, just with some issues.
However, our room was next to several air conditioning units. While it was quiet over the weekend, they became quite noisy during the week, making it hard to keep the window open. The shower drain was slow, causing water to accumulate in the cabin, which felt unhygienic. Also, some of the towels seemed not properly washed and had stains.
