The location is great. Rooms are good but require maintenance.
The restaurant treats all passengers as transit passengers of Ethiopian airways. They dont provide standard breakfast items like egg, toast or butter. They force paying customers like me to eat Ethiopian dishes from the buffet. I feel they dont deserve paying customers in the restaurant. In the rooms, They dont give give towels unless you ask them. This also because most of their customers are transit customers.

The location. They can definitely do better considering the location and infrastructure
The hotel is catering to Ethiopian Airlines transfer passengers. The staff treats everyone as a transit person. Restaurant doesn't offer everything on the menu because transit passengers dont pay

The front desk staff were very friendly, especially one of them named Mehret.
The gym, spa, personell and all Staff were fantastic.
There was a little bit of noise from trucks passing by during the night (the rooms by the road side)
