This apartment of 87 m2, with 2 bedrooms and 2 showers will charm you with its decoration and its ideal location between municipal theater and Van Gogh area. A large living room and a very well equipped modern kitchen will await you for moments of conviviality by taking meals at the level of the dining area or by relaxing in the living room. You will be at the heart of Arlesian life. Close to the monuments and exhibitions, you will also be near the commercial life (restaurant, Provençal market, bus ...). Perfect location, walking distance to everything. Spacious and clean. However, there are two flights of narrow and steep stairs to get to the apartment, one is semi spiral, and one more long, narrow staircase to the second bedroom. Would not recommend it for older travelers.

We had a wonderful three day stay in this lovely, quaint, and comfortable apartment. The apartment has everything you would need for a relaxing stay (including great AC which was much appreciated as it was very hot weather while we were there) and being right in the heart of the historic part of Arles, we were within a few minutes' walk to wonderful restaurants and historic sites, including a wonderful boulangerie right around the corner for wonderful breakfasts of coffee and pastries, as well as yummy sandwiches. There is a paid parking lot (daily fee you have to pay) several blocks away, convenient to the apartment. The apartment is accessed by two sets of steep stairs (as well as steep staircase up to the upstairs bedroom), so this would not be convenient for anyone with mobility issues but we had no issues with it. The apartment manager was communicative and easy to deal with, but it is not self-check in or self-check out, you coordinate with him for the timing of your arrival and departure. It went smoothly for us. I would highly recommend this property for anyone who wants to visit this wonderful French Provence town.

We loved Arles! Culturally, there is so much to do and see, and this spot was the ideal refuge and place to start our explorations from. Very very nice to have AC in the hot Arles summer. A very well-cared-for and beautiful apartment, with lovely art and nice sleeping arrangements. We hope to come back.

Book it! Book it now! Great location, wonderful apartment, air conditioning excellent, every amenity you would need for a long stay. I will book again the next time I return to Arles. I am so happy I booked this apartment.

The apartment was very clean, and had everything that you would need for a stay in Arles. The only negative was the 35 stairs that were needed to get from the street to the terrace. Anyone who has issues with mobility and stairs may want to think again. Also, the apartment is listed as having 2 shower rooms/wc, which it has. The only thing is that for one of them you have to go outside on to the roof terrace to use it.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment, it is fully stocked with everything you need & comfortable! Arles is easy to navigate and provided the perfect 'jumping off point' as we explored the region. Regis' suggestion to attend an exhibit was top notch and much appreciated.

We spend some days of vacation in Arles. The apartment was defintely perfect, clean, beautiful and totally equipped. We didn't experience any problem with the check in, it was easy and who received us was helpful and kind. I strongly recommend this apartment!

We loved the location of this apartment and we loved Arles. It had a great kitchen that we cooked a few meals in. We enjoyed playing music and playing some of the many board games that were in the apartment. In fact, we became addicted to Labyrinth. Both Margarot was so easy to work with and help plan our stay. While we were there Margorot's friend Regis helped us get keys and check in and out. He was very nice and we enjoyed talking with him. Don't hesitate to book this this place, you will enjoy it.
