In the resort 7 km from the centre of Ustki, in a quiet, sunny position, along the wooded area, 1.3 km from the sea, 4.5 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: property 3'400 m2 (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden lawn and flowers. Tennis, floodlit, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, children's playground (swing, sandbox). In the house: washing machine. Available: bicycles (5). Motor access to the house. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, bar 3 km, bus stop 2.5 km, railway station 5 km, sandy beach 4.5 km. Riding stable 7 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families. The grounds and tennis court (free of charge) have a clay surface (tennis lessons with a visiting instructor are available - extra) - all lit.
